FORYOU MEDICAL Attended The 14th Asian Pacific Burn Congress

On September 13-16, 2023, the 14th Asia Pacific Burn Conference, jointly organized by the Asia Pacific Burn Association (APBA) and the Burn Medicine Branch of China International Exchange and Promotion Association for Medical and Healthcare, was held in Chongqing.

The theme of 14th APBC is “Homage, Heritage, Innovation”, which means to show respect to pioneers on burn medicine in China, Asian Pacific Area and the world; to inherit and transmit the experience and knowledge on burns from our predecessors; to develop innovatively new theories, strategies and care technologies on burns.  

This conference is the first national large-scale international academic event in the field of burn and wound repair in China this year, bringing together more than 1500 experts and scholars from nearly 20 countries such as China, the United States, the United Kingdom, Italy, and other countries in the field of burn, wound repair, and related fields. It comprehensively and deeply explores the cutting-edge hot topics of clinical treatment and basic research in the field of burn and wound repair.

Acute burns are a complex and constantly changing injury. Large area burns not only cause local tissue damage, but also have systemic adverse consequences.
