Wound Matrix
A New Synthetic Electrospun Fiber Matrix,
An Innovative Generation for Skin Substitutes.
LUOFUCON® Wound Matrix is a soft, white and fully synthetic degradable matrix,a fibrous structure with high porosity, similar to native extracellular matrix (ECM). Providing a scaffold for cellular infiltration and vascularization. As gradually degraded and absorbed, it creates a moist, slightly acidic environment.
Patented Material Formulation and Process Integration
Create nanofiber-based scaffolds that possess varying fiber diameters, high porosity and mechanical strength, similar to the physical structure of native human ECM. As shown in the Scanning Electron Microscope image.

Mode of Action LUOFUCON® was specifically designed to mimic the structure of native ECM, providing a scaffold for cellular infiltration and vascularization, restarting the normal healing process.
● Porous matrix facilitate rapid cellular adhesion, migration, proliferation and neovascularization, as gradual degrades, it allow the soft tissue formation in the defect space/wound bed. ● Forming a physical barrier and facilitate a acid moist environment for natural healing. |

Preclinical Large Animal study
● Evaluation of wound healing effect with or without LUOFUCON® Wound Matrix in a porcine full-thickness cutaneous wounds model.
● LUOFUCON® demonstrated better wound healing effect. The wound closure rate has shown a significant improvement after using LUOFUCON®, which is predicated to promote the formation of early granulation tissue and re-epithelialization.
